The Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jomshoro, is a public research university based in Pakistan. Established as a campus of the University of Sindh in July 1976, MUET has been ranked as the fifth-best university in the country by HEC. It was granted a charter by the Government of Pakistan in 2003 and given its autonomy in accordance with HEC’s conditions. In 2008, it was declared a fully-fledged university and renamed the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET). The institution provides undergraduate, post-graduate, and doctoral studies in engineering, business, humanities, philosophy, and fine arts.

Mehran University Jamshoro Prospectus 2022
Applications are now being accepted for undergraduate, graduate MPhil, Ph.D., and nursing programs at Mehran University Jamshoro. Applicants will be required to submit the results of the Pre-Admission Test after applying online. Admission to all degree programs is based on a detailed evaluation of a variety of factors, including test scores, the applicant’s academic record, and personal statement responses. Students with a score below 50% will not be considered for admission to any degree program at this institution. Those who provide false information about their academic qualifications on their application may be prosecuted under the law. Application decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

MUET Entry Test Schedule 2022
The MUET Jamshoro Pre-Admission Test is scheduled to be held shortly. Applicants must pass the HSC Pre-Engineering Examination or an equivalent examination, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with at least 60 percent marks from any accredited Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan or other countries. Interested applicants may apply to be admitted at the engineering school.
