Sargodha University is one of the largest public sector universities in Punjab. More than 25,000 students are admitted to the main campus and its affiliated colleges. A large number of Government and private colleges are affiliated with the university.

How to Get an Affiliation Card
To get an affiliation card, you will have to go to the Office of the Registrar, University of Sargodha, and fill up the application form. You will be asked for some basic information about yourself and your colleagues. You will have to pay Rs.1,500/- for each affiliated college that you want to join.
1. Affiliation Application Form
2. All relevant documents of the College/Institution. The college must have an annual report from its auditors and a copy of their charter as well as a copy of their Memorandum and Articles of Association, if applicable.
3. A copy of the current curriculum with all relevant information about the courses being offered by the college/institute in its subject areas and courses offered by UOS for which it is affiliated with Sargodha University in 2022-2232 session. The curriculum should be certified by an authorized official of Sargodha University or
any other accredited university or institute recognized by UOS before submission to the UOS Affiliation Committee (UAC), which will take decisions on affiliation applications accordingly. If necessary, UOS may request further curriculum verification after reviewing of application form and other documents submitted to it by the applicant’s college/institute.
Application Fee for Affiliation Card
The fee for affiliation cards is Rs. 1,500/- per affiliated college, however, it is refundable if the student does not get admission to the university after the admission process has started. The refund amount will be calculated on the basis of the percentage of seats available in a particular college after submission of applications by all students in that particular college or on a pro-rata basis depending upon the number of seats available in a particular college at any given point of time.
How to Apply for Affiliation Card
The form filled by students should reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Sargodha, within 6 weeks of submission. After this period, if no objection is raised by the student, a letter will be issued to him confirming affiliation and his/her name will appear on the university’s list of affiliated colleges. The university also accepts online applications for affiliation cards from its affiliated colleges. Once you have filled out an online application form and submitted it online, you have to wait for a few days to see whether or not your college has been selected for affiliation. If your college is selected for affiliation, then you will get an email confirming your selection. However, if your college is not selected for affiliation then you will have to fill out another form and submit it again in order to get a fresh list of affiliated colleges in which your college is included.

BS 4-Years Programs: English, Urdu, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Geology, Psychology Islamiyat, BS Fine Arts, Bachelor of Graphic Design, Bachelor of Textile Design
IT: BS (CS, SE, IT) MSc IT
General Education: ADP
Engineering & Technology: BS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Civil Technology

The last date to apply for affiliation and extension in affiliation is April 15, 2022.
