Nankana Sahib II constituency was created in the year 2021. Before that time, there was no MNA in Nankana Sahib II. In 2022, five candidates participated in the election held on 20 February 2022. This constituency comprises the localities of Bhagat Pur Tehsil, Nankana Sahib, Ravi Pur, and Zikria Town. Before the election, candidates had to pay Rs 1,500,000 to get a ticket for the election. The election results were declared on 13 March 2022.
