Applications for the Spring 2022 semester must be submitted by February 16, 2022. Morning programs: Applications must be submitted by January 6, 2022, and payment of 3,000 PKR must accompany the application. UOK Fee Structure 2022
The approval of the UOK fee structure for the academic year 2022-23 is a decision of the board of directors. The UOK fee structure is within the range of and affordable to students, with varying payment options available. In an attempt to ease the financial burden on some students who have not been able to pay their tuition fees for previous semesters, the university has allowed waiver of late fees up to 20 July in reference to previous semesters, and up to 20 July in reference to the current semester.

Students can download the Undergraduate Open-Entry Admission form for 2022 from the University of Khartoum website. Applicants should read the instructions on the application form before filling out the form. Students can only download one copy of the application form, and each applicant must submit a unique copy of the form.
After thoroughly completing an admission form and submitting it, you should bring the printed copy of your acceptance letter and at least three color photos to a branch of United Bank Limited in Pakistan. You must make at least 1000 rupees in payment for your admission. A letter of acceptance is usually mailed within about one week after your application for admission is received.
